The problems that land on our desk first

Real patterns from nonprofits, ministries, and growing businesses — not guesses.

The problem

Your bank balance looks fine. Your finances aren’t.

More than half of business owners make decisions each month on incomplete financial information — and low financial visibility costs the average owner over $100,000 in lost profit.

How Lemonade helpsMonthly close and reporting that actually tells you where you stand — not just what you spent.
The problem

Restricted gifts land in the wrong bucket.

Donor-restricted funds get mixed with general operating funds more often than not — putting compliance, audits, and donor trust at risk.

How Lemonade helpsFund accounting and grant tracking that keeps restricted dollars restricted.
The problem

The board hears about it after it’s already a problem.

Fewer than half of small nonprofits and churches send their finance committee a written report every month — so issues surface late.

How Lemonade helpsBoard-ready financial reports, delivered on a predictable monthly cadence.
